Membership Agreement
1. Membership Terms
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Member") and 5910 Club Inc. ("Youth Club"), a non-profit youth organization located at 29087 Ste. Anne's Rd., Landmark, MB, Canada. By becoming a member of the Youth Club, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Code of Conduct
As a member of 5910 Club Inc., you agree to:
- Respect all members, volunteers, and staff.
- Follow the rules and guidelines set by the Youth Club.
- Participate in activities in a safe and responsible manner.
- Refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any private information shared within the club.
3. Liability Waiver
By participating in activities and events organized by 5910 Club Inc., you acknowledge and agree that:
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- 5910 Club Inc. is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during activities.
- You release 5910 Club Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation.
4. Termination of Membership
5910 Club Inc. reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of the Code of Conduct.
- Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
- Engaging in behavior that is harmful to the Youth Club or its members.
- Failure to pay membership fees.
Fee overpayments will be credited back to the member upon termination. Members may terminate their membership at any time by contacting the club's administrator. Upon termination, you must cease all participation in Youth Club activities and return any property or materials belonging to 5910 Club Inc.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

End User Licensing Agreement
1. Agreement Overview
This End User Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and 5910 Club Inc. ("Company") for the use of its reporting application ("Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
The User agrees not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the Application.
- Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Application.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application.
4. Ownership
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant the User any rights to the Company's trademarks or service marks.
5. Updates and Upgrades
The Company may provide updates or upgrades to the Application at its discretion. Any such updates or upgrades will be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or that it will function without interruption.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Application, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective as long as the User is a Member in good standing with the Company as per the Membership Agreement. If the User is no longer in good standing, this Agreement shall automatically terminate. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Application.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to the Application.
